On Friday August 29th, 2014, our office will be without power starting at 5:00 PM Eastern, while maintenance is being performed on the utility power to our building. We expect the power to be restored the following morning, Saturday August 30th by 5:00 AM Eastern. While the power is out, please be aware of the following:
- Our email is operational.
- Our phone numbers (800) 417-2839 and (610) 828-8630 will be forwarded to late night support.
- Our web site and IssueTrak will be unavailable.
- Any IssueTrak emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will be received, but will not be processed by IssueTrak until the power is restored.
- RBS cannot connect to client servers during this event.
We ask that you do the following:
- Prior to contacting RBS, please consider if your matter can wait until we resume normal operations. If it can, please wait until we can function normally to ensure the best service feasible during this event.
- If you need to call, please use the normal phone number and you will be connected to late night support. They will assist you as much as possible.
